A twist on a classic pastrami sandwich, all done and ready to serve in 15 minutes. Can be served hot or cold!

INGREDIENTS
2 packet Gourmet Chef 150G Beef Pastrami
8 slices Bega Natural Sliced Cheese
2 tbsp Westgold Butter (salted)
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
80g pickled cucumber
80g Coleslaw (or shredded cabbage and carrots)
8 slices rye bread
INSTRUCTION
Spread each slice of bread with Dijon mustard. Top 4 of the bread slices with Coleslaw, picked cucumber (or any picked vegetables of choice), cheese and pastrami. Place remaining bread slices on sandwich. Spread butter on the outsides of each sandwich.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Grill until browned, then turn and grill until heated through, and cheese is melted.
NOTE You can even enjoy it with fries or potato chips on the side.
