Crispy Pastrami Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g Gourmet Chef Beef Pastrami, sliced to 2-inch pieces

  • 150g Romaine Lettuce, shredded

  • 100g purple cabbage, shredded

  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 carrot, julienned

  • 3-4 tbsp Honey Mustard salad dressing


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add pastrami pieces and fry it in its own oil (do not overcrowd pan). Let the piece crisp before turning them over.

  2. Transfer pastrami to bowl.

  3. Prepare ingredients as mentioned above.

  4. Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Add desired dressing and serve.
