Ingredients
1 large tortilla/flatbread
2 slices Gourmet Chef Chicken Bologna
2 slices Gourmet Chef Smoked Chicken Toast
2 slices Gourmet Chef Chicken Salami
1 slice Bega Natural Sliced Cheese
30g Bega Shredded Cheese
150g Garlic Spread
1 tbsp Farmers Union Natural Greek Yogurt
Handful of arugula or spinach
3-4 thin slices of tomato
Sliced red onion
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Lay the tortilla or flatbread on a flat surface and spread the tortilla or flatbread with the garlic spread. Place the Gourmet Chef cold cuts (bologna, chicken toast & salami) on one side of the flatbread.
Then add a strip of arugula, Natural Sliced cheese and tomatoes.
Top with the sliced red onion and drizzle lightly with a couple of tablespoons of Natural Greek Yoghurt and shredded cheese.
Fold the flatbread in half. Place the folded flatbread into a pan or a grill to toast the sandwich until the cheese is slightly melted and browned on the sides.
