Italian Garlic Piadina

Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla/flatbread

  • 2 slices Gourmet Chef Chicken Bologna

  • 2 slices Gourmet Chef Smoked Chicken Toast

  • 2 slices Gourmet Chef Chicken Salami

  • 1 slice Bega Natural Sliced Cheese

  • 30g Bega Shredded Cheese

  • 150g Garlic Spread

  • 1 tbsp Farmers Union Natural Greek Yogurt

  • Handful of arugula or spinach

  • 3-4 thin slices of tomato

  • Sliced red onion

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortilla or flatbread on a flat surface and spread the tortilla or flatbread with the garlic spread. Place the Gourmet Chef cold cuts (bologna, chicken toast & salami) on one side of the flatbread.

  2. Then add a strip of arugula, Natural Sliced cheese and tomatoes.

  3. Top with the sliced red onion and drizzle lightly with a couple of tablespoons of Natural Greek Yoghurt and shredded cheese.

  4. Fold the flatbread in half. Place the folded flatbread into a pan or a grill to toast the sandwich until the cheese is slightly melted and browned on the sides.
