Smoked Chicken Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g Gourmet Chef Smoked Chicken Toast

  • 150g Gourmet Chef Streaky Beef

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes

  • 200g shredded cheddar cheese

  • 6 flour tortillas/wrap


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Place 1 tortilla in skillet and layer smoked chicken toast & streaky beef on tortilla.

  • Spread a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese.

  • Top with another tortilla. Cooked over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on one side, then turn quesadilla and cooked for another 2 minutes, until light golden brown.

  • Remove quesadillas from skillet and repeat with remaining tortilla and filling.

  • Cut quesadillas into wedge to serve.
